Itinera is a Dante Alighieri Society exam centre for the PLIDA certification
The PLIDA certification (Progetto Lingua Italiana Dante Alighieri) is an official, internationally recognised qualification of Italian language proficiency for non-native speakers, recognised by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Divided into six levels, from A1 to C2 according to the CEFR, PLIDA is ideal for anyone who wants to study or work in Italy, or simply to demonstrate their language skills.
Our school offers dedicated PLIDA preparation courses designed to help you pass the exam with confidence. Through lessons targeted at each tested skill — listening and reading comprehension, and spoken and written production and interaction — you’ll be able to practise with specific materials and exam simulations. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced student, we’re here to help you reach your certification goal!

Itinera is an authorised exam centre of Roma Tre University for the CERT.IT certification
CERT.IT is an international language certification recognised by the Italian Government within CLIQ (https://www.associazionecliq.it/istituzioni-cliq/universita-degli-studi-roma-tre/).
The certification is recognised by all Italian universities for access to courses with a language requirement at B1, B2 and C1 level (including doctoral programmes).
CERT.IT is also recognised for obtaining a residence permit (A2 level) and Italian citizenship (B1 level).
The exam can be taken at any level from A1 to C2. For each level, you can follow a preparation course covering both the Italian language and exam methodology.
